Terms of Service
Last updated September 8, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you (the clinic or business that creates a Rambll account, and each person who uses it) and Rambll Inc. (“Rambll”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.
The service
Rambll researches, drafts, schedules and helps publish website and social content for healthcare clinics. Drafts are produced with AI and presented to you for review. Rambll proposes; you decide what is published.
Your account
- You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for the clinic you set up.
- Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- You may invite team members. The workspace owner is responsible for what members do and for removing access when it should end.
- Give us accurate information about your clinic, services and staff, and only add photos of people who have agreed to be shown.
Your content and your responsibilities
- You own it. Content you provide and content Rambll generates for you belongs to you once produced. Rambll keeps a licence to store, process and display it only to operate the service.
- Review before publishing. AI drafts can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. You are responsible for reviewing every page and post for accuracy, for clinical appropriateness, and for compliance with the advertising and professional-conduct rules of your regulatory college and of applicable law. Rambll’s compliance checks are an aid, not a guarantee.
- Not medical advice. Nothing Rambll produces is medical advice to patients or to you. Published content is your clinic’s communication to the public.
- Acceptable use. Do not use Rambll to publish content that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory, or that infringes another person’s rights; to send unsolicited messages; to probe or disrupt the service; or to build a competing product from it.
Connected services
When you connect Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Dropbox or another service, you authorise Rambll to act on your behalf within the permissions you grant, and you agree to that service’s own terms. You can disconnect at any time from Settings. Rambll is not responsible for those services, their availability, or changes to their rules.
Plans, billing and trials
- Paid plans are billed in Canadian dollars, monthly or annually in advance, through Stripe. Applicable taxes are added where required.
- Each plan includes a monthly allowance of generated pieces. Unused allowance does not roll over. If you exceed it, generation pauses until the next period or until you upgrade.
- Any free trial is as described when you sign up. At the end of a trial your account continues on the plan you choose, or stays limited until you choose one.
- You can change or cancel your plan at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; fees already paid are not refunded except where the law requires.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice by email.
Ending the agreement
You can delete your workspace at any time from Settings → Danger zone; this permanently removes your data and every member’s account as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service, in which case we will give reasonable notice and a way to export your content.
Rambll’s property
The Rambll software, design, prompts, workflows and brand are ours or our licensors’. These terms do not give you any right to them beyond using the service.
No warranty
Rambll is provided “as is”. We do not promise that content will achieve any search ranking, traffic or business result, that the service will be uninterrupted, or that AI output will be free of errors.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Rambll is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or data, arising from the service or from content published using it. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Your indemnity
You will defend and compensate Rambll for claims arising from content you publish, from photos or information you provide without the right to do so, or from your breach of these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here, update the date at the top, and notify you of material changes before they take effect. Continuing to use Rambll after that means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Questions about them go to support@gorambll.com.
